General Requirements by Role

• Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms.
• Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4.
• Strong working knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services.
• Specializations such as corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, Transferee, etc.
• Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is welcome.
• CPA qualification preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax are valued.
• Experience in Tax Technology is also welcome.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and leading client engagements.
• Familiarity with tax planning strategies, entity structuring, and M&A tax due diligence offshore structures is a plus.
