Halborns, advised via AdviserPlus on behalf of Empowering People Group, seeks a Senior Employment Solicitor to deliver high-quality employment law advice to employer clients and take ownership of complex matters.

You will manage your workload, mentor juniors, and contribute to knowledge sharing while helping deepen client relationships and grow the firm in a collaborative, values-led environment.

Qualifications

• England and Wales qualified solicitor with substantial post-qualification employment law experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ability to manage complex matters and provide commercially aware advice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across the firm.
• Professional, proactive and values-aligned.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality employment law advice to employer clients.
• Manage complex contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Draft and review contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Provide strategic oversight of tribunal matters with relevant stakeholders.
