AdviserPlus seeks a Senior Employment Solicitor to deliver high‑quality, commercially focused employment law advice to a varied employer client base. You will own complex matters, manage your own workload and support junior colleagues.

You will work with colleagues to provide pragmatic, timely guidance, develop client relationships and contribute to knowledge sharing, training and business development in a values‑led environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with post-qualification employment law experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex matters and provide pragmatic, commercially aware advice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience delivering client training or legal updates.
