• 3+ years' PQE as a solicitor.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Drafting: draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, director service agreements, restrictive covenants, staff handbooks and workplace policies.
• Contentious Caseload: handle Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish, including ACAS conciliation, drafting pleadings and witness statements.
• Corporate Support: assist corporate teams on employment aspects of M&A transactions, reorganisations, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
• Client Relationship Management: provide practical, commercial HR advisory support to business owners, HR managers and corporate leadership.
• Team & Business Growth: mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, and participate in marketing and networking to grow the client base.
