Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing commercial agreements, and leading on corporate transactions.
• Ability to run transaction workflows with junior trainees.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Northampton.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assist with or lead on buy-side and sell-side M&A.
• Advise on corporate governance and restructurings.
• Support equity and venture capital rounds.
• Develop client relationships and participate in BD.
