Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is partnering with a leading Scottish firm to recruit a Senior Solicitor/Associate (2+ PQE) in Employment for their Aberdeen hybrid team.

The role features a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and an attractive salary and benefits package. You will work closely with an experienced partner, handling drafting, advisory work, and transactional support while developing client relationships and supervising junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in employment law (ideally in a commercial environment).
• Strong client-facing and advisory capabilities.
• Experience with contentious and non-contentious matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft tribunal submissions and witness statements.
• Advise on employee relations issues and HR policies.
• Review and prepare contracts, policies and procedures.
• Support on corporate transactions and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Deliver client training and contribute to business development.
• Assist in supervising junior team members and developing relationships with clients.
