Qualifications

• Around five years' PQE or equivalent employment law experience.
• Strong understanding of employment law and tribunal process.
• Experience managing employment litigation, especially claimant-side matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters, focusing on executive exits and claimant litigation.
• Handle employment tribunal claims and support clients through litigation.
• Assist the Company and Commercial team with employment-related matters as required.
• Advise clients on complex issues and provide practical, commercial solutions.
• Draft clear legal correspondence, pleadings and documents.
• Represent clients effectively, verbally and in writing.
