Job summary

Enable is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in London to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Employment team handling a broad range of complex and commercially significant matters for an impressive client base, managing your own caseload, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims and complex disputes.
• Experience advising both employers and employees is advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide clear and pragmatic advice.
• Capable of managing client relationships independently and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of employment matters, including tribunals and disputes.
• Manage own caseload and provide commercially focused advice.
• Draft contracts, service agreements and workplace policies.
• Support business development and build referral relationships.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to growth of the team.
