TipTopJob in Leeds is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a leading national practice. The role offers a strong caseload across contentious and non-contentious matters with hybrid working and a generous benefits package.

You will advise clients across sectors, manage your own matters, and contribute to client relationships and business development. The firm offers salary up to 90,000 GBP (DOE) with private healthcare and enhanced family policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established employment lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a leading national practice. Youll advise an impressive and diverse client base across a broad range of sectors, managing your own caseload while also working as part of client teams on major projects and complex matters.

The Role

Working as part of an established and successful Employment team, you will advise a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors on a broad mix of contentious and non:contentious employment matters.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

The Candidate

• : A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a commercial law firm.
• : Strong experience across both contentious and non:contentious employment matters.
• : A proven track record of advising commercial clients across a range of sectors.
• : The ability to manage a caseload independently and work with minimal supervision.
• : Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent commercial judgement.
• : Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• : A well:organised, logical and proactive approach to your work.
• : The confidence and experience to take responsibility for matters and provide trusted advice to clients.
• : An interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
