Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an Employment Partner to lead a specialist Employment team in Manchester. You will manage a sophisticated portfolio, build strong client and referrer relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the Manchester office.

The successful candidate will have extensive Employment Law experience, a proven track record advising employers and/or senior employees, and experience mentoring junior lawyers while driving business development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Employment Law.
• Strong track record advising both employers and senior employees.
• Technically confident across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Commercially minded with a strong business development focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sophisticated portfolio of Employment work.
• Build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
