Qualifications

• Proven experience across advisory and contentious employment matters.
• Excellent communication, drafting and client management skills.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Work closely with clients to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
• Support senior colleagues on complex advisory, litigation and strategic employment work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Contribute to business development activity and the continued growth of the practice.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team.
