Senior Employment Lawyer - Partner level. Remote role but must be able to get to Kent at least once per month.

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for a senior level employment lawyer to join a professional services firm. This firm are modern, different (in a good way!) and are not traditional or stuffy.

You will join as a key person in the employment team - you will be responsible for managing clients and a caseload, but will also have a more strategic role within the business, running projects, managing more junior colleagues and continually looking at processes and advising on any improvements. It's a great opportunity if you really want to 'make your mark' at a firm.

It is essential that you are a strong networker - you will enjoy winning work and will have proven success in business development.

As this is a senior level position, you must be a qualified lawyer and it is anticipated that you will have at least 10 years PQE in employment law, ideally acting mainly for commercial clients. Applications are welcome from solicitors who are currently at partner level or those at senior associate level who are keen to progress.

On offer is a highly competitive salary, benefits package and bonus. This is a full time position but the firm offer lots of flexibility. This role is mainly remote, but you must be able to attend the office in Kent at least once per month and as the role involves networking, you must be prepared to travel to do this.
