In summary:

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (with at least 4 years PQE) with experience in the iGaming industry. You will be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a wider Legal, Compliance and Regulatory team, with a real can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. This is a busy and fulfilling role, which will require a willingness to get involved in all legal and regulatory compliance work across the numerous jurisdictions in which White Hat Gaming operates.

Your day to day:

• Provide legal advice to the business where needed, with a focus on licensing and regulatory compliance. Outside of that focus, you may be required to work with the wider LCR function in providing advice on commercial contracts, data protection, general compliance work and more.
• Manage material communications with regulators.
• Manage external counsel.
• Ultimate responsibility for obtaining new licenses across the globe, while maintaining the ever-increasing number of existing licenses held by the White Hat Gaming group.
• Any other related tasks as reasonably required.
