Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Specialist knowledge of relevant area of law.
• Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, FILEX.
• Achieve all competency levels relevant to an Associate (mid).
• Business development experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Strong track record of employer advisory work and senior executive matters.
• Experience in education sector issues including parent complaints, regulatory and SEND Tribunal matters.
• Undertake fee-earning work and contribute profitably to the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
• Contribute to development of the firm in line with business plan and firm purpose.
• Deliver high-quality commercial legal service with professional ethics and act as ambassador for the firm.
