Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (5+ PQE).
• Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, FILEX.
• Specialist knowledge of employment law.
• Business development experience.

Responsabilités

• Strong track record of employer advice and senior executive matters.
• Handle contentious and non-contentious employment matters including TUPE, whistleblowing.
• Undertake fee-earning work and provide profitable contribution to the Employment Team.
• Contribute to business development and the firm’s objectives.
• Maintain high quality commercial legal service with professional ethics.
