Job summary

Clyde & Co's Employment team in Manchester is seeking a proactive Senior Associate to handle a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including litigation and advisory work, with a focus on client relationships.

You will contribute to business development, support corporate transactions with employment input, and collaborate across the wider employment and commercial teams to deliver commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or assisting Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Commercially focused day-to-day employment law advice.
• Due diligence and drafting employment-related provisions in share purchase agreements and service agreements.
• Strong client-facing communication and draft employment contracts/policies.

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in employment tribunal litigation.
• Provide advisory advice on a broad range of issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE and contracts.
• Support employment input on corporate transactions and due diligence.
• Demonstrate business development and contribute to growth of the practice.
• Collaborate with wider employment and commercial teams.
