Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience leading cross-border matters.
• Trained in a leading employment department.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers (respondent side).
• Handle TUPE, contracts, strategic advisory work, senior dismissals and terminations.
• Manage discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and corporate restructuring.
