The Role

You will join a heavy-hitting Employment team and take a lead role on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, mostly for employers on the respondent side, including TUPE, employment contracts, strategic advisory work, senior dismissals and terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and corporate restructuring.

The work regularly spans multiple jurisdictions, offering genuine responsibility on international employment matters for someone with an appetite for complex and challenging instructions.

Working closely with a senior partner in Manchester and colleagues across the firm's global network, you will run matters with a high degree of autonomy, build your own client relationships and supervise and develop junior lawyers within a dedicated team that is genuinely enthusiastic about delivering for its clients.
