Job summary

BUILD Recruitment Limited seeks a Senior Employers' Agent to join a busy practice in SE London, handling major new-build developments and multiple projects. You will act as Employer’s Agent/Project Manager, guiding procurement, programming, value management and contract negotiations to successful delivery.

Applicants with 3+ years post-qualification experience, including non-RICS candidates with relevant on-site knowledge, are welcome. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience as Employer’s Agent or Project Manager on large complex projects.
• Hybrid working arrangement is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, programming and value management for major developments.
• Manage contract negotiations and oversee the construction phase.
• Direct and develop a project team to deliver services to a high standard.
• Ensure delivery on private residential and mixed-use schemes with stakeholders.
