Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in delivering the Employer's Agent role (Desirable).
• Experience in various forms of procurement and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services.
• Prepare, regulate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
• Administer JCT construction contracts and development agreements.
