CDW is seeking a senior data‑driven Employee Relations Partner to lead and execute the employee relations strategy across the UK&I, reporting to the Head of Shared Services. You will provide expert advisory on ER issues, resolve complex disputes and support senior leaders with TUPE and acquisition matters in a global matrixed organisation.

You will manage a small ER team, own case management, governance, and analytics, and partner with HR to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in employee relations, with a strong focus on conflict resolution and compliance.
• In‑depth understanding of UK employment law and legislation, and best practice in managing cases from inception through to employment tribunal.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Experience with Workday and other HR systems and case management tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead ER strategy and governance with UK&I HR Leadership Team, balancing legal risk, employee experience and business priorities.
• Provide end‑to‑end ER advice and support, managing cases and escalation for complex matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, TUPE and restructuring.
• Oversee ER ticket response times, case progression and documentation, ensuring compliance with policy and legal timeframes.
• Govern risk, compliance, and reporting across ER, including analytics, dashboards and cost oversight.
• Lead and develop a small ER team, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
