Glasgow Life is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join the HR team on a temporary basis until 28 May 2027. 35 hours per week, hybrid work with time split between home and an office. Salary £54,880.57–£63,607.44, with benefits and a focus on improving lives in Glasgow.

You will report to the Head of HR, shape ER strategies, and lead on complex employee relations issues across a diverse portfolio of service areas.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Experience managing a busy HR environment with strong customer service.
• Expert knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and practices.

Aufgaben

• Support the Head of HR to implement ER strategies and provide strategic and expert leadership on ER matters.
• Advise on terms and conditions, policies, industrial relations, recruitment and HR information.
• Work collaboratively with senior managers and trade unions to influence service delivery.
