Job summary

Anchor is seeking an experienced People Services Delivery Partner to lead Employee Relations and People Administration. Hybrid working in Bradford, full-time role, £48,000 per year, reporting to the People Services Manager – Service Delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level Employee Relations experience in a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law with pragmatic advice.
• Experience leading complex investigations and high-risk cases.
• Proven coaching and leadership of HR/People Services teams.
• Collaborative stakeholder relationship-building across the business.
• Data-driven approach to trends, risk and service improvement.
• Experience delivering service improvements, process optimisation and change within HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing People Services team delivering Employee Relations and People Administration.
• Provide expert leadership on complex employee relations matters with legal and commercial risk awareness.
• Build strong relationships with leaders to anticipate risks and deliver proactive people solutions.
• Champion a coaching-led approach enabling managers to handle sensitive people matters.
• Act as senior Employee Relations expert ensuring compliance and pragmatic decisions.
• Use data and insight to drive proactive interventions and improvements in service.
