Job summary

Sky is seeking an Employee Benefits Manager (maternity cover) to shape and deliver competitive UK benefits. You will lead the Benefits Centre of Excellence, drive the strategy, and own the benefits platform while ensuring compliant delivery across healthcare, pensions, and pay benefits.

You’ll partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and external advisers, translating complex benefits topics into clear employee communications and data-driven roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Qualified or equivalent deep experience across reward, benefits, pensions, HR, or project management.
• Broad understanding of employee benefits (health/wellbeing, pensions, salary sacrifice) including UK payroll, tax, and data protection.
• Proven track record delivering benefits strategy in a large/complex organisation with measurable delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels.
• Strong project, change management, and governance capabilities with senior stakeholders and providers.
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and data analytics; awareness of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK & Ireland benefits and wellbeing strategy with the Head of Reward.
• Lead multi-channel benefits communications and campaigns to drive take-up.
• Own the benefits platform as product owner; manage enrolment cycles and vendor integrations.
• Lead due diligence, transition planning, and communications for organisational change including M&A.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across healthcare, pensions, share plans, and salary sacrifice; ensure compliance.
