Job summary

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an experienced Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Manager to lead the development and assurance of EPRR and Business Continuity programmes across the Barnsley & Rotherham Partnership.

The post holder will provide expert guidance to Executive Directors, care groups and external partners, ensuring compliance with the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, NHS EPRR Framework and national standards and represent the Trusts in

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Emergency Preparedness, Resilience & Response or Business Continuity.
• Ability to lead complex programmes and multi-agency collaboration.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust's EPRR and Business Continuity programmes.
• Provide specialist advice to senior leaders, managers and clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Contingencies Act, NHS EPRR Framework and national standards.
• Develop, maintain and test emergency response, business continuity and incident management plans; lead multi-agency planning.
• Support incident management and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including Board and system partners; horizon scan for emerging risks.
