The candidate should have a BSc/BEng in Electronics Engineering and senior-level experience across the full product lifecycle in a multinational setting, with hands-on PCB design and PCBA testing. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BSc or BEng in Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Senior-level experience across full product development lifecycle in a multinational setting.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Direct experience with PCBA testing, hardware testing, and multi-component devices.
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript) for firmware/software governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development and sustaining engineering for existing products.
• Drive cross-functional product change and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, ECN documentation and approvals.
• Govern firmware/software modifications across connected devices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QA collaboration across regions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on hardware deliverables.
