Leonardo is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Integrated Sensors & Protection line, focusing on embedded software for defence projects in Basildon. You will craft features using C/C++ on embedded platforms, collaborating with world-class engineers to deliver reliable, innovative products.

Qualifications

Proficient in UML fundamentals and model-driven development.
Strong C/C++ programming skills with embedded experience.
Experience with DDS middleware and debugging embedded systems.

Responsibilities

Develop new features and capabilities for defence software solutions.
Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve and innovate market-leading products.
Ensure software meets user requirements and formal development standards.
