ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited recruits a senior embedded software engineer to join a small team working on multithreaded firmware for robotics and applied electronics in Cambridge. The role focuses on C/C++ on ARM Cortex-M, with RTOS and advanced debugging, and involves interfacing with C#.NET code on PC side.

Qualificações

• Commercial embedded software/firmware experience with C/C++ on ARM Cortex-M.
• System-level engineering including distributed microcontrollers and module integration.
• Strong electronics fundamentals with motor/actuator control experience.
• Experience with CAN, Ethernet, UART, SPI.
• Exposure to RTOS and embedded debugging tools.
• Desirable: C# .NET and SWD debuggers, distributed software architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Ship firmware for embedded systems and robotics projects.
• Integrate third-party modules and components.
• Contribute to systems architecture and interface with PC-side software.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver robust firmware.
