Job summary

Otis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Sizewell C site installation and ensure safe, on-time execution. You will oversee objectives, budgets, and teams, delivering high-quality results while coordinating with stakeholders.

You will manage documentation, liaise with authorities, and drive profitability through effective team leadership and robust project controls on a major construction site.

Qualifications

• Experience in large construction or elevator/building trades.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage installation projects.
• Manage administrative and material tasks.
• Ensure project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors.
• Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks with the project team.
• Coordinate with local authorities on document submissions and site inspections.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and improved profitability.
