Job summary

Sizewell C seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Site Operations projects and support services for one of the UK's flagship infrastructure programs. You will report to the Site Operations Site Lead and manage a team of PMs, coordinating welfare facilities, site infrastructure, and operational facilities across Sizewell C.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project controls expertise, with a clear commitment to health and safety,

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SMSTS or IOSH qualification.
• Significant project management experience within major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of Principal Contractor responsibilities.
• Experience in site establishment, logistics, facilities management, infrastructure, utilities, or earthworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Site Operations Projects team.
• Lead and manage Site Operations Service Delivery Managers for a variety of Site Operations services.
• Provide guidance, governance, budget, milestones and safety for SZC operations teams.
• Deliver multiple site operations projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee budget and governance responsibilities.
• Coordinate welfare and facilities for workforce growth.
• Interface between Site Operations, Buildings, and project stakeholders.
• Manage contractor performance, risk assessments, and governance.
• Support development of site infrastructure, utilities, and facilities.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and project teams.
