Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Support Engineer to join our team at the new Silverstone Facility. You will lead the Electronics Support team during trackside events, overseeing the operation, performance, and reliability of electronic systems on and off the car. Our goal is to be the best in every aspect, encouraging innovation and shared success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and optimization of electronic systems, ensuring their reliability.
• Follow all trackside operations and procedures accurately.
• Support system requirements including installation, calibration, and operation.
• Resolve electronic system faults efficiently.
• Coordinate with FIA, suppliers, and technical partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in high-level motorsport track support.
• Knowledge of motorsport data logging systems, preferably Formula One SECU.
• Experience with automotive electronic systems, CAN, and sensing technologies.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and wire harnessing.
• Experience working with high-voltage electrical systems on hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Ability to manage workloads independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working unsupervised under deadlines.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite.
