Job summary
Copello Global Ltd is recruiting a Senior Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join a defence and aerospace-focused organisation in Glenrothes on a fixed-term basis. You will drive manufacturing excellence across programmes and work with multi-disciplinary teams.
The role involves leading improvement initiatives, DFMA/NPI support, data analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Candidates should have an HND or equivalent and proven electronics manufacturing experience, with BPSS eligibility
Qualifications
- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing across multiple technologies.
- Ability to analyse data and deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Experience driving production efficiency improvements and SPC knowledge.
- Experience contributing to Process FMEA and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence across programmes.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support DFMA (Design for Manufacture) and NPI activities.
- Analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with integrated programme and engineering teams.
