ZENOVO is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer for an on-site role in Northamptonshire. The position involves developing specialist electronic systems and hardware solutions, combining hardware, instrumentation, measurement, and software-based testing to ensure reliable performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience in electronics, with hands-on expertise in DAQ, sensors, signal conditioning, and automated testing using Python, LabVIEW or TestStand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of electronics engineering experience.
• Strong analogue and digital electronics knowledge.
• Practical experience with data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
• Programming with Python, LabVIEW or TestStand.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate electronic hardware and related systems.
• Develop and support DAQ systems for capturing, measuring and analysing signals.
• Work with instrumentation, sensors, signal conditioning and power distribution.
• Develop and improve automated testing processes using Python, LabVIEW or TestStand.
• Carry out hardware integration, commissioning, testing and validation.
• Investigate hardware issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyse measurement data and test results to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Produce technical documentation, test procedures and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with engineers across hardware and software disciplines.
• Take ownership of technical tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
