Job summary

KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join a dynamic hardware team in Nottingham. You will own analogue and digital electronics design for handheld, battery‑operated wireless devices and develop PCBs for IoT applications.

Hybrid work: three days in Nottingham office and two days remote. You will work across Altium, RF design, power management, and contribute to the design process from schematic to production, with opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• Experience designing handheld electronics and wireless IoT devices.
• Strong analogue and digital circuit design skills.
• Hands-on PCB layout with Altium or similar.
• Ability to work independently and follow design processes.
• Willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCBs for wireless measurement and IoT devices.
• Work across analogue and digital electronics domains.
• Manage board layout and design process in Altium.
• Handle power supply and RF design for battery devices.
• Follow robust engineering processes and quality standards.
