An exciting Hybrid opportunity is available for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join a small R&D team based in Southampton, Hampshire. You will be working on new R&D products and will be a key member of the development team, working on the design of exciting products for a wide range of applications in the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take customer requirements and work with the wider team to establish how to develop new products.
2. Design custom electronic boards, verify and test.
3. Liaise with customers to assist with integration and problem resolution.

Key Skills/Experience

1. Proven significant experience in electronics design – analogue, digital and PCB design.
2. Board design including schematic capture and PCB layout.
3. Experience designing with microprocessors/microcontrollers, memory devices, programmable logic, power supplies, wireless communications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to gain exposure to design for a variety of industry sectors.
