Are you an experienced Electronics Design Engineer looking to take on more responsibility and help shape the future of a growing technology business? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company near Salisbury, developing and manufacturing innovative electronic products used across a range of UK and global markets.

As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer with the ambition not only to design cutting-edge products but to help guide and grow a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading by example and supporting junior engineers with technical guidance
• Collaborating directly with clients to define technical requirements
• Designing both new products from the ground up and improving existing ones
• Playing a key role in a collaborative, cross-functional team across hardware, firmware, and production
• Contributing to the long-term development of the team and processes

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong experience in analogue and/or digital circuit design
• Knowledge of Design for Assembly and Manufacturing (DFA/DFM)
• Proficiency in circuit schematic design and PCB layout
• Embedded software skills, particularly in C
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and collaboration
