Cambria is seeking a Senior Electrician to lead our electrical service delivery in West Wales. You will oversee repairs, installations, EICRs, and audits while championing safety and quality. A current 18th edition qualification and QS experience in a NICEIC environment are essential.

You will manage a small team, train staff, and ensure records and certifications are maintained for audit readiness. A company vehicle, fuel card, and 24/7 emergency call out with additional pay are provided.

Formación

• 18th edition qualified.
• Experience as a Qualified Supervisor (QS) or strong understanding of the QS role in a NICEIC Approved company.
• Ability to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and certify work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team of Electricians, overseeing repairs, installations, EICRs and audits.
• Train, coach and develop electrical staff, driving continuous improvement across the service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including risk assessments and safe working practices.
• Deliver toolbox talks and provide ongoing health and safety guidance to operational teams.
• Maintain accurate records, certification and associated documentation for compliance and audits.
