Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd in Greater London is seeking a Technical Superintendent - Electrical Bias to provide senior technical leadership for a high-speed vessel fleet. You will oversee upgrades, dry-docking, maintenance planning and budget input, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong electrical engineering expertise, hands-on fault finding, supplier management and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, operations and management teams.

Qualifications

• Senior technical/engineering or superintendent experience in maritime environments.
• Strong electrical engineering background with ability to guide engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical support for vessel-related issues.
• Oversee upgrades, modifications, refits and technical planning.
• Ensure dry-docking scopes, resources and delivery within time, quality and cost constraints.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships to meet SLAs and warranties.
• Drive technical improvements and documentation to boost vessel reliability and efficiency.
