Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Electrical Working Supervisor for a major UK project in the water/MEICA sector. The role blends hands-on electrical work with site supervision, driving installation activities and coordinating teams to meet programme and quality standards.

You will supervise trades, ensure RAMS and safe systems of work, monitor progress, and support testing, commissioning and handover. Strong leadership and safety culture are essential for success on this flagship project.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical supervision experience on site.
• Strong electrical installation background and MEICA exposure.
• Experience supervising trades and coordinating site activities.
• Proven ability to uphold safety standards and RAMS.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and industry certifications.
• Experience in water/ wastewater or industrial environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on site.
• Assist with electrical works hands-on when required.
• Coordinate day-to-day electrical installation activities.
• Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and progress.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Work with MEICA disciplines and site management.
• Identify and resolve practical site issues.
• Help maintain programme milestones and productivity.
• Promote a strong safety culture on site.
