Job summary

Multitask Personnel is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead building services projects from inception to handover. You will manage projects from £1.5m to £10m, coordinating small teams and several subcontractors across healthcare, education, commercial and industrial sectors.

Autonomy over delivery, rigorous safety standards, and a clear path for career progression are offered. The role requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering electrical building services projects within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of current Building Regulations, BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and industry best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Plan, programme and coordinate all project activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with agreed timescales.
• Lead direct teams and coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners across allocated projects, maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, designers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, attending progress meetings and client reviews.
• Review project drawings, specifications, programmes and contracts to ensure full understanding of requirements and risk mitigation.
