Powersystems is hiring a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to drive renewable energy projects from Glasgow with hybrid working. You will lead teams, engage clients, and ensure technical excellence across full project lifecycles.

The role offers a salary of £70,000–£85,000 plus bonus, profit share and benefits in a supported, employee-owned environment. Open to candidates with 5+ years in HV electrical engineering and UK driving rights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HV/Electrical engineering companies.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and supply chains.
• Electrical Engineering degree or HND; HV Systems preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams, engage clients, and ensure technical excellence.
• Oversee H&S compliance, budgets, procurement & delivery.
• Mentor project engineers and collaborate with design teams.
• Interface with key stakeholders DNOs, TSO, suppliers, and client contractors.
