Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a lead electrical retrofit specialist to design and deliver LV/MV upgrades in live hyperscale data centres, supporting critical upgrades across the EMEA region.

You will mentor juniors, act as a key client technical contact, and coordinate tie-ins for UPS, generators and busbars in brownfield environments. Hybrid working, Flexible Fridays and a clear path to chartered status are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in building services, especially in data centres.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and ETAP/Amtech.
• Chartered or working toward chartered status.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver LV/MV upgrades in live environments.
• Lead tie-in strategies for UPS, generators, busbars.
• Mentor juniors and act as client technical contact.
