CWA: Civil Works Alliance seeks an Electrical Plant Manager to oversee on-site electrical, mechanical and plant systems for Sizewell C mobilisation at the Avonmouth HUB, near Bristol. You will develop plant procedures, supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, compliant operations across construction and production activities.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience in plant management on major projects.
• Experience managing large fleets of construction plant and equipment.
• Proven track record in maintenance, inspections and compliance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and budgets.
• Strong procurement, hire management and contract administration.
• Experience in regulated environments with permit-to-work systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical, mechanical and plant activities on site.
• Develop plant procedures and safe systems of work.
• Coordinate asset maintenance, inspections and replacements.
• Monitor plant utilisation, records and compliance.
• Report progress to Plant Leader and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.
