Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to lead the site's electrical maintenance within a busy industrial/manufacturing setting. You will provide technical leadership to Electrical Technicians, Instrumentation and Control Engineers, and contractors while ensuring safe, reliable operation.

You will drive preventive maintenance, coordinate shutdowns, and support continuous improvement projects. A strong background in HV switching up to 11kV and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent industrial experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and maintenance activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills including HV up to 11kV.
• Ability to read drawings/schematics and work with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the electrical maintenance team.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed.
• Diagnose faults and minimise downtime with prompt actions.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to meet needs.
• Manage stock levels of electrical components and tools.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting.
