Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Contracts Manager - Electrical Compliance in Hertford on a hybrid basis. You will oversee electrical compliance maintenance across social housing contracts, delivering emergency lighting, PAT testing, lightning protection, height safety and PV maintenance programmes to meet KPI and client expectations.

You will lead supervisors, engineers and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure CDM 2015 and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical compliance maintenance contracts within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of emergency lighting, PAT testing, lightning protection, height safety or PV systems.
• Experience leading teams, budgets and subcontractors.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Job Title: Maintenance Contracts Manager - Electrical Compliance

Location: Hertford (Hybrid)

Salary: 55,000- 65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee electrical compliance maintenance services across social housing contracts.

You will manage the delivery of emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety and photovoltaic (PV) maintenance programmes, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with KPI and client expectations.

Requirements for the Maintenance Contracts Manager:

• Strong knowledge of emergency lighting, PAT testing, lightning protection, height safety or PV systems.
• Previous experience managing teams, budgets and subcontractors.
• Excellent client-facing, organisational and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
