Job summary

Humres is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Contracts Manager to lead electrical maintenance contracts across public sector, housing, commercial and retail environments. You will oversee PPM programmes, manage small works, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with legislation and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical maintenance contracts in FM or building services.
• Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Experience managing small works projects and commercial processes.
• Electrical industry background with compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical maintenance contracts, ensuring safety, compliance, on-time delivery and within budget.
• Oversee PPM programmes and ensure planned works are completed effectively.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Monitor contract performance, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Review quotations, variations, costs and overall commercial performance.
