Job summary

FES Ltd in Stirling is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our Pre-Construction Team at the head office. You will take a leading role in estimating and preconstruction delivery of mechanical building services projects, collaborating closely with end user clients, consultants and the wider planning, technical, digital, commercial and operational teams.

• You will take a leading role in estimating and preconstruction delivery of mechanical building services projects.
• You will support our Pre-construction teams, working with end user clients, consultants and our planning, technical, digital, commercial and operational teams.
• Experience in construction across Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Residential, Data Centres and Energy is preferred.

You will take a leading role in the estimating and preconstruction delivery of mechanical building services projects, supporting our Pre-construction teams, working closely with end user clients, consultants and our wider planning, technical, digital, commercial and operational teams.

We are looking for experienced candidates who have worked in the construction industry, ideally across sectors such as Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Residential, Data Centres and Energy.

You will have strong commercial, technical and supply chain knowledge, leadership capability, and experience working in a collaborative environment.
