Overview

Based in Exeter, Croydon, Swindon, or Manchester, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of around 90 Engineers and Technicians. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary design schemes as part of an established MEICA team, assisting with project delivery within the Water sector.
• Lead your discipline on projects, possibly serving as the lead designer.
• Manage plans, schedules, and monitor work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Engage with clients and third parties as needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
• Review and approve work, including third-party proposals.
• Promote health, safety, welfare, and environmental sustainability in all work areas.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Essential:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Chartered or working towards chartered status.
• Full driving license.

Preferred:

• Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering post-qualification.
• Experience working with water industry clients.
• Relevant design experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, and BIM.
• Knowledge of BS7671 standards.
