Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a senior engineer to lead multi-disciplinary teams in electrical services design for rail and transport infrastructure. You will manage design concepts, calculations, reports and ensure delivery to programme and budget, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, technical excellence and a track record of delivering complex projects within the built environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in electrical services design for transport infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage design concepts, calculations and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Produce and approve design concepts, drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
• Lead internal design standards and continuous improvement within the office.
• Manage project teams, supervise staff and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and CDM regulations and quality requirements.
• Oversee budget, resources and contract documents for schemes.
