Job summary

Arc Potential Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to take ownership of building services design across multiple projects in Glasgow. You will guide concept through to construction, coordinating with clients, architects and other engineers.

The role focuses on senior-level ownership with opportunities for Principal or Associate-level progression based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• UK experience in electrical building services design.
• Experience delivering electrical designs across different project stages.
• Confident managing workload and delivering projects.
• Strong communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience using Revit, Amtech/Trimble and Dialux.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of electrical design across multiple projects.
• Develop electrical design strategies, concept and scheme designs.
• Manage workloads, design programmes and deadlines.
• Work with clients, architects and other disciplines.
• Coordinate electrical designs with the wider project team.
• Review technical work and support junior engineers.
• Attend design meetings and site visits through construction and post-contract stages.
